Power Rooter sends text messages to customers who have opted in, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, and responses to service inquiries. Access Requirements

Please ensure clear access to the main clean-out. If the area is blocked or the trap is buried, service may be delayed and extra charges may apply.

Camera Inspection & Bonus Services

A camera inspection is strongly recommended at the first visit to confirm system integrity. Customers who opt for the inspection receive a full 12-month guarantee.

Plan Duration

The selected plan remains active for 12 months from the date of the first service.

Service Availability

Services are performed Sunday through Friday during regular business hours.

Service Guarantee

Each guarantee covers one free cleaning service every four months within the guarantee period. This means you are entitled to an additional one no-charge service per four-month interval. If an issue arises again within the same four-month period, it will not be covered under the guarantee.

Service Scheduling

Preventative maintenance visits may be scheduled within two weeks before or after the service date for maximum flexibility and coverage. If we attempt to schedule within this window and do not receive a response, the customer will forfeit that cleaning visit.

Scope of Service

Each plan includes three scheduled main sewer line snaking services (trap-in and trap-out) to prevent blockages and maintain flow.

Note: We do not guarantee coverage for issues caused during heavy thunderstorms, city sewer backups, or unreasonable stoppages such as excessive wipes, rags, clothing, or similar obstructions.

Power Protect Service Agreement Contract

By signing below, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the Power Rooter Preventative Maintenance Plan. This agreement is valid for one calendar year from the initial date of service.
